DIAGRAM FOR SCIENCE

Today we made a diagram by filling in the gaps that were empty. The words were related to the topic we are working on: Our Systems. 

First, we worked individually and then we shared it with the partner. We like to learn about our nervous system, the locomotor system, the circulatory system, the respiratory system and the reproductive system! :)

FEM L'ADVENT A TERCER!

Comença l'advent, època d'anar preparant-nos a poc a poc pel que està per arribar.
En Pàlcam ens encanta el Nadal i precisament viure l'advent amb els nostres alumnes. L'activitat de preparar un calendari d'advent, a part que és entretingut i els encanta, és una forma genial perquè interioritzin el concepte de temps i aprenguin a ser pacients i a controlar l'ansietat que els hi provoca l'espera.

En el nostre cas, cadascun dels nostres alumnes han pintat una bola de Nadal i han escrit una frase d'esperança darrere de la seva bola. Les profes col·locarem, de manera aleatòria, una bola a cada sobre d'advent i les repartirem a cada alumne. L'objectiu és que cada un se'n vagi a casa amb una frase d'esperança i motivació d'un alumne de la classe.

The human body

Hello again!

During these last 2 weeks, the 3rd graders have been working on a very special Science project. We drew a big human body and we filled it with all the organs of the systems we have been learning about in this unit. Each table was an expert group about one system and they had to create the parts and make some cards explaining the function of each organ. We have become expert scientists about the human body! Restaurants English project

Hi there!

To conclude the last English unit about The picnic, in 3rd grade we decide to create our own restaurant in groups and design a different and creative menu for each one. This way, they put in practice all the vocabulary they knew about the food and they learned a new one. Here you can see some examples of the creative menus. We hope you like it!

Celebrem la castanyada a 3r!!

El passat dimarts va ser la castanyada a la nostra escola i, per tal que estigués ben decorada, els alumnes de 3r vam realitzar unes manualitat molt boniques. A més, ens va agradar molt poder utilitzar diferents materials com ceres i fulles del carrer. Quina manualitat més divertida!
